In the beginning.............1

We are in chains, prisoners within a system.

Traditional cultures are disappearing. Many have disappeared,
to be replaced with a new cultural structure, the remnants of the
original left powerless. Often we feel within us stirrings that

have no explanation within the communication abilities of our
present ways. As if some long lost memory is seeking to take
its place in our consciousness. Could this be the light within

that is seeking to shine once again? To shine out into the
darkness of this world we now choose to inhabit. Is this the
cause of our frustrations, our inability to express that which is

calling to be expressed?
Within the existing developing cultures of

western civilisation there is very little that has a place for
spiritual being. There are new words being invented every day
to meet the growth of the systems of this modern world. Where

we seek to propagate our spirituality we have to take on a new
vocabulary often borrowing words from other cultures; words

like karma, chakra taken from ancient Sanskrit, adding new
uses for old words like channelling. To express ourselves
spiritually we have to reconstruct a language, an

understanding, a whole new hypotheses.
