I have a little thought for you, if a man were to set his foot on
an insecure ladder and then start to ascend it the ladder
would tend to slip and fall. The man would clutch on to
anything that might help him and perhaps find that that too
would eventually give away and so on. You can see the
analogy here that one must have strong faith before they
ascend the spiritual ladder for to do so without this faith
would be rather like the man on the ladder and they would be
the ones to reach out into the void, clutching where they can,
only to find they still slip. So to will your associates, ensure
that they have their ladder firm.
