Self Deprecation -

“Lord I am not worthy.”

Many of us use expressions such as “I know I’m not
very good at this”, or “I don’t know who I though I was

expecting anything better”. I could go on and on with this list,
statements that we repeat so often that they become a mantra

damaging to our self esteem. These words have become so
common place we no longer realise we are using them and we
are totally unaware what we are telling ourselves. We are self

controlling with no need for society or religion to be seen
controlling us. The educational system is doing the
indoctrination process for the so called “Authority”.

It is necessary to look at the power we are given for
the incarnation we have chosen. We are Divinely presented
with the power that we need to take us to our destination –

spiritual fulfilment in the life time of the incarnation.
How is it that humankind feels so vulnerable to

criticism? If the incarnate being, (and this is YOU), is
recognised as complete then it is by the will of God and the
determination of your individual Spirit incarnate that the

complete being exists. Who then has the right to be critical?
Only the ignorant! To think that one has the right to be critical
