to the bully why then is the victim a victim? Why is the bully a

bully. It could be said that the victim and the bully are equally
ignorant.
Ones ability to say no is equal to the ability to say yes.

It is necessary to realise this. When this is realised and
exercised then one has the ability not to be a victim.

Unfortunately society has developed in a strange way where
there appears to be a multi-strata society with the extremes
being the haves and have nots. Why should one to be deemed to

be part of this structure? Somewhere a choice has been made
where the individual through a false or “educated” decision

sees themselves as somewhere between these extremes.
Remember all have free will to exercise so therefore their
position is affected by a choice they have made.

The body you choose to reincarnate in is your choice
