Introduction.

These are a set of channelled writings, some might call them
meditations. At the time I received them I was experiencing health
difficulties and was not able to personally attend the meditation
evenings in the Irish Spiritual Centre, in Dublin. In my absence, and in
order to help the facilitators in the meditation groups there, Spirit gave
me these teachings. I was able to electronically transfer them into the
Centre.

At the request of Spirit, and the requests of many who have enjoyed
these teachings I have now put them into book format. These writings
make good reading for any meditation group, or for any individual
who is earnestly seeking to return to their true spirituality and resume
their spiritual path.

I hope you will find them instructive and that they can guide you
through the morass of disinformation and misinformation that is being
expounded under the heading of spirituality. It would be good if
initially you did not apply intellectual analysis to these words as you
go along. Read each chapter first, meditate on it and then see your
truth from the awareness gained. Spirit will always be there for you
and your personal Spirit Guide, Guardian Angel, Friend from the
Light, will be able to nudge you in the direction you need to take in
your personal quest, a duty no other can honestly do for you.

being to further the work of The Spirit, the work of God. We thank
