You see that you too were unaware of the plan that had
been made. There are as yet many, many who have yet to come
and as they arrive they too will not be aware of the plan that they
are part of. It will be difficult to sustain their interest for too long a
time, it will be preferable that they will be carefully watched for
and when discovered, to keep their interest in the Centre. They
will not be very strong as their journey has been very arduous.
They will not even know why they have arrived at the Centre, let
alone to what degree their involvement will be. You can only be
aware of these people should you be in a position to meet them
before they get carried away down the path of others and miss
their path entirely.

This task of discovery cannot be tackled from behind a
desk. The desk presents a formidable obstacle for those new
people who will enter. We have sent many to you with the
capabilities of very fine leadership yet they have shown a
reluctance to get too involved in this respect of the centre. It is
time now for these to start to practice more of the teachings that
they have received. This is a task you must address yourself to as
soon as possible, look for the release from the more mundane
duties of the Centre, leave those jobs to those who are best
equipped to handle them. They must be allowed to see their tasks
and be persuaded to carry them out. You may help but they must
do.
