friends it is the wise who seek counsel with the wisely.

We are aware that there are those amongst you who seek
to mislead you. They tell you of your guides, of your path, of your
friends in Spirit. It would be well if you were perhaps to check the
sources of the information these people receive. Very often they
are themselves blind to their own deception of themselves. Many
times we have spoken of ego poisoning, and here is one typical
case. The folly of listening to these people is that the trap they are
in has become the trap for you and they the bait. Very often they
no longer know who they serve. They have all the words but that
is all they are, words.

If you have read all that has been written up to these
words you will have begun to recognise that there is a discernible
personality behind them. If this is the case, then you are beginning
to recognise true Spirit. You will notice that we never have a need
to give a name so that you would recognise us. In this case we
would have to give many names, Tom, Dick and Harry. But still
you recognise this joint personality as one distinct personality. Do
you not think this is wonderful of you? Realise also how you need
have no reservations as to the source of these words for nobody
can fool you for long into believing they are us, for you truly know
us, and this is why we are friends.
