light. Help them to cause their light to grow through a clearer
awareness of what is happening to them. They can erect a protective
mirror around themselves so a to reflect the energy away from them
and finally they can project love from themselves out into the world
and especially towards those, whoever they may be, that might feel so
strongly against them. If that love is sent back then it is always nice to
receive back, whereas, if it had been hate that had been projected then
that hate would have been returned. This is not so acceptable.
Remember the entity is only as powerful as you permit it to be, and it
is only a thought.
