an aura it does not mean they are in a state of spiritual
consciousness, it just means they are alive. The fact we are
alive is because we contain the ingredient called Spirit. So
Brendan is alive only because his Spirit chose the body that
was subsequently named Brendan as the carrier for the
journey it had the potential to take. It is a bit like catching a
bus, you choose one that will take you to your destination as
directly as possible. In this story the bus you choose will take
you to the terminus where you can engage the next mode of
transport that will take you on the next phase of your journey.

You might ask why did Spirit choose you or Brendan. For
much the same reason you would choose a bus or train or
aeroplane to take you to where you need to get to. Like your
bus journey life is very much about how you prepare for it and
how you make it. Life, like a bus journey, can have
diversions. We never choose the wrong bus. So this life you
have is exactly what your Spirit needs, and your Spirit knows
this. Now your body might grind its way through its existence
but it will always arrive at its destination, no matter what
obstacles are put in its way, your Spirit sees to that. It is often
thought that people die before their time, but this is never the
case.

To continue our story we need to tell another story within it.
