Put no time limits on the meetings and consider every idea. There are no bad ideas. If it is something that would help anyone on your team, then it should be included, no matter how outlandish. Who knows, it may even be possible.
Your team will be truly excited about their vision. This “Perfect World” solution will allow each one of them to generate much better results for your business. Their only hesitation will be one of disbelief. They will most likely think that the solution is impossible to create and, even if it could be created, would be so expensive and take so long to create that it would be out of the question. However, do not let them be deterred. They have done their job well. You will find, on the pages that follow, that most of their vision is doable and in a very short period.
What is now possible, of course, is a moving target and changes as technology advances. This constant change, though, creates an opportunity for any
