Your management team and I have just concluded a planning meeting. We have arrived at some very exciting ideas for accelerating the growth of our business. When implemented, these ideas will change everyone’s job for the better. They will also enable us to provide much improved service to our customers and ultimately lead to higher profits and increased contributions to your profit-sharing program.
Included with these ideas is our vision of some wonderful new software. We will now form a development team and expect to have this software implemented within the next 12 months. These are wonderfully innovative software ideas and have resulted from the collective creative genius of your entire management team. At this point, they are just a dream.
