will evolve, be refined and ultimately become a software solution to replace our existing software.
The new software will be developed differently from the methods we used in the past. We will be using a new way called 4steps2profit. A very small team of highly qualified people will build it. I have appointed Joe Smith, who you all know is an expert in our business and practices, to represent our company on the team. I have chosen Donna Lordan, an expert in our old software, to oversee testing the new solution as it evolves. I have also hired Art Pennington, a consultant and creator of 4steps2profit, to lead the team during the development process. Art will assist us in selecting and assembling the remaining people required to complete the project.
The development team will be tasked with making our dream a reality. They will be experimenting, developing prototypes and even attempting to improve on our original ideas. Please give the development team members all the support, help and encouragement you can during this process. There is a great deal riding on their success.
