Over the past 100 years, the Great Life Insurance Company has earned a reputation for caring customer service, innovative products and financial soundness. In the future, we intend to not only maintain our well- earned reputation but surpass it. We will do this through business transforming ideas such as the ones explained in this document.
Your management team has just concluded a planning meeting in which we have developed some very exciting ideas for our future. Since this is the information age, most of these ideas involve functionality and information to be provided through a new software initiative. Some of these ideas can proceed independently of the new software and some can proceed in anticipation of its arrival. But most are dependent on it and will be integrated into our operations after the software is completed.
