The hard part has already been accomplished. The management team has created some wonderfully innovative ideas for catapulting your business into much more successful territory. All we need to do is to express those ideas in simple terms so that the development team can get busy.
Sample Documentation
Below is an example of the type of documentation we need. It represents the starting point for a development team to create a solution. The documentation should be created and distributed widely in your company to illicit responses and further ideas for inclusion. There are two documents included:
1. A letter from the CEO to every employee
2. A document signed by every member of the
management team explaining the software vision
