The 4steps2profit way of getting the solution into production, as you would expect, is also very different than the normal method. Here, too, we have techniques for maximizing the level of creativity and minimizing the labor to deliver the highest-level of benefit to your business. We will take advantage of your employees’ collective creativity at every opportunity.
The task of getting the developed solution into production will be performed by a small group of people that I call the model-office team. This team is composed of one individual from each department in your business that will be affected by the solution. In most cases, that means one person from each department. There are only two qualifications for team membership:
