1. Each person on the model-office team must be well respected by the employees in their department.
2. Each person must have an expert-level of knowledge regarding their department’s business.
The job they will be doing requires no prior software experience. They will be judging how well the new solution performs the functions required by their department. That requires an intimate knowledge of their department’s business. They will also be training other employees in their department. That requires that their peers respect them.
Test Using Common Scenarios
This model-office team will be setting up an office to simulate using the new solution in a real production environment. They will select a small volume of data to process through the system, and yet will still make that data broad enough in scope that they can see how the system might work for the business. This will
