(1) As for Al-Safa saltery – Arish and Siwa saltery, the raw salt already exists.
(2) As for Al-Zaafarana saltery, the works are carried out now, and the
estimated cost until construction is done and production’s beginning
by 2022 is EGP 30 mn (USD 2 mn).
(3) The refining station: It is agreed with an Italian company on manufacturing
and installing a washing station with EGP 266 mn (Euro 14 mn).
(4) The plot of land in Al Ain Al Sokhna’s economic zone is estimated
by EGP 110 mn (Around USD 7 mn).
(5) A unit for generating electricity from wind will be installed with 3 mega
capacity for USD 5 mn (EGP 78.5 mn) for the purpose of fixing
the energy’s price.
(6) Automobile fleet for internal transportation and for ports with not

less than EGP 62.8 mn (USD 4 mn approximately).

-1 Saltery : EGP 95 mn (USD 6 mn)
-2 Refining station : EGP 266 mn (USD 18 mn)
-3 The saltery’s plot of land in Al Ain Al Sokhna’s economic zone .

As financial expectations for sales in the 1st year are estimated by nearly
USD 200 mn for the sales’ value of all types of the high quality washed salt and
refined salt.
For the next year, expected sales’ percentage will increase to USD 250 mn
approximately.
