The Journal is committed the publication of scientific articles by scholars and researchers in various fields of
specialization and discipline. To ensure high quality articles for publication, papers are subjected to the peer review
process by at least 2 reviewers. The reviewers of each paper are scholars of the subject disciplines covered by the
paper.
Guidelines on paper presentations; journal publication outstanding research related to performance and
patented outputs
PAPER PRESENTATIONS
Support for Paper Presentation in Scientific Conferences. The University will provide administrative and/or financial support
for the presentation of scientific papers by faculty and researchers in national or international conferences. However, support

shall be subject to the following criteria :
a. Only full-time faculty members or researchers are qualified to apply for support;
b. In case of multiple authorship, only one researcher (the presenter of the paper) shall be considered for support;
c. Only paper presentation generated from research outputs shall be supported by the University. Poster presentation
may be allowed provided it (poster presentation) will pass through the same process; provided further that only
administrative support shall be given by the University (no financial support shall be provided);
d. The applicant shall pass through a screening process and the applicant should comply with the following requirements:
d1. Application letter addressed to the University President, submitted at least two months before the start of the
conference;
d2. Letters of endorsement/recommendation passing through channel starting from the concerned program chair,
dean, and campus head (via the campus faculty/staff development committee) where the applicant is affiliated;
and from the University Vice President RDET (through the university faculty/staff development committee);
d3. Full text of the paper to be presented (with abstract) in the format prescribed by the conference organizers;
d4. Proper letters of invitation and acceptance from the conference organizers;
d5. Conference brochures with details on venue, travel and logistical arrangement needed;
d6. Details of financial assistance (amount, coverage, proposed utilization) in case applicant is requesting for
University (or project) funds;
