 The Accreditation center is directly under the college dean that is manned by the college Quality
Assurance Representative. The accreditation center has a required resources, furniture and
documents.

3. OUTCOMES
The College of Nursing maintain an Accreditation Center (AC), which accommodate required
resources, furniture and documents. The AC is accessible and conveniently located relative to its functions.
Relevant documents, information and exhibits are updated, properly arranged, labeled and readily
available.

4. BEST PRACTICES
 The university is one of the SUC with the number of accredited programs in the Philippines.
 The university had an aggressive quality management office and its staff.

 There are dormitories and housing facilities can accommodate students and faculty.
 Present the policies and guidelines in the operations of the Dormitory and Housing.
