2.  IMPLEMENTATION
                         The Isabela State University is situated on a prime 378 hectare-site bounded on the West by the
                  Maharlika  Highway  (PAN  Philippine  Highway)  and  the  provincial  road,  on  the  South  by  the  Echague
                  Municipal Hall, on the East on Barangay San Antonio, and on the North is Barangay Castillo.

                         The total land area of the university covers the school building site, road network, athletic field,
                  instruction, research, production area, staff housing, Lagoon and NPGC.

                         The campus has its Campus Development Plan being an accredited school of higher learning.
                  Moreover, it has its mechanism/system to ensure traffic safety, the implementation of waste management
                  program, proper utilization, repair and upkeep of school facilities and equipment. The campus has huge
                  quadrangle, open fields and athletic court and provision for outdoor educational activities and assemblies.
                  Buildings are located in strategic areas within the Campus.

                         The site plan is strategically displayed inside the campus indicating the location of the different
                  buildings, driveways, parking areas and other areas. The infrastructure development plan is implemented
                  in accordance with approved zoning ordinances. Covered walks are provided  to protect the academic
                  community from inclement weather.

                  Institutions Waste Management Program
                  The University Environment Unit monitors and implements the following:
                        Environmental Management and Sustainability
                        Maintenance and Development of existing vegetative cover of the university
                        Ecological Rejuvenation of Areas in the university
                        Solid waste Management and Sanitation
                        Environmental and Land Property Protection
                        Landscaping and Ground Development


                    The Maintenance Unit or its equivalent periodically inspects school facilities and equipment to ensure
                    their proper utilization and upkeep.
