III. Code of Ethics
The Code of Ethics describes Qatar Petroleum’s
commitment to doing business ethically. It
provides requirements and guidance that help
employees and others carry out their duties
professionally and with the highest level of integrity,
consistent with our values and Business Principles.
The Code of Ethics references relevant Policies
and Procedures that provide further details on
specific topics. However, no single document can
cover every situation. QP relies on all persons in
the organization to apply good judgement and to
speak up when there are questions or concerns.
