What we expect from our employees

Read, understand and work in accordance

with the requirements of the Code of Ethics;

Seek advice in order to clarify meaning or

interpretation of the Code as and when required;

Report any witnessed or suspected violation of the

Code of Ethics or any applicable law or regulation;

Cooperate fully with investigations as and when requested;

Ensure where applicable that any third party under

your direct management or supervision is aware of

their requirement to adhere to business principles

which are consistent with QP’s Code of Ethics.
