carpentry, wood flooring, concrete services, masonry, stonework,
tile setting, plastering services, roofing, sheet metal services, and
water well drilling services.
12. Convenient-cash businesses, provided that no other convenient cash
business is located within 2,500 feet and the business is located at
least 250 feet from a residential district.
13. Dance halls.
14. Fitness, recreational and athletic facility.
15. Fraternities.
16. Freight forwarding services, packing and crating services, and
petroleum bulk stations.
