RESOLUTION BY THE ADMINISTRATION, PERSONNEL, POLICY, AND LEGAL
COMMITTEE AUTHORIZING ENTERING INTO A CONTRACT WITH ARCHIVESOCIAL
SERVICE TO PROVIDE SOCIAL MEDIA ARCHIVING SERVICES FOR THE VILLAGE OF

STURTEVANT

WHEREAS, the Village of Sturtevant currently utilizes social media to convey
information to public; and

WHEREAS, Social Media records are subject to open records law; and

WHEREAS, ArchiveSocial has submitted proposals to provide social media archiving
services for social media sites for the Village of Sturtevant; and

WHEREAS, the Village Board is satisfied with the proposal, in the amount of
$4,632.72, submitted by ArchiveSocial.

NOW THEREFORE, the Village Board of the Village of Sturtevant, Racine County,
Wisconsin does hereby resolve:

1. That the execution of an agreement with ArchiveSocial as set forth in Exhibit
A which is attached hereto and incorporated herein is authorized and
approved.

2. The annual cost shall not exceed $4,700.
3. That the funds for said work shall be taken from the Contingency Account,

account # 101-51990-390.
4. The Village President and the Village Clerk are authorized to sign any

agreements or other documents necessary to carry out the intent of this
resolution.

Adopted by the Village Board of the Village of Sturtevant, Racine County,
Wisconsin, this 20th day of March, 2018.
