(2) At the next regular Village Board meeting, the Village Board shall hear and
decide the appeal.

(3) The Clerk shall notify the appealing party of the time and place of the
Village Board meeting at which time the appealing party shall be given the
opportunity to present additional information in support of the appeal.

(i) Severability. If any portion of this section is declared illegal or invalid for any
reason, that illegality or invalidity shall not affect the remaining legal and valid
portions of this section, which shall remain in full force and effect.”

14.81 PENALTIES.

Except as otherwise provided in this chapter, any person found to be in violation of any
provision of this chapter or any rule or order promulgated hereunder shall be subject to a
penalty as provided in Section 25.04 of this Municipal Code.
