19. Tailor shop, clothes pressing shop.

(c) Any other uses similar in character to those listed in subsection (b), and the
manufacture or treatment of products clearly incidental to the conduct of a
retail business on the premises. (Rnb. #099-05)

(d) Such accessory uses as are customary in connection with the foregoing uses
listed in subsection (b) and are incidental thereto. (Rnb. # 099-05)

(e) Conditional uses shall be as follows:

1. Animal hospital, pet shop.

2. Automotive parts sales and service.

3. Bars and taverns.

4. Body-piercing establishments which are licensed under § DHS
173.04, Wis. Admin. Code. (Am. #099-05)

5. Bowling alley, pool and billiard room, drive-in food or beverage
stand.

6. Building supply stores.

7. Bus depot.

8. Cemeteries.

9. Clinic.

10. Clubs.

11. Construction services, including general building contractors,
carpentry, wood flooring, concrete services, masonry, stonework,
tile setting, plastering services, roofing, sheet metal services, and
water well drilling services.

12. Convenient-cash businesses, provided that no other convenient cash
business is located within 2,500 feet and the business is located at
least 250 feet from a residential district.
