Timor Mitra Niaga by exploring the roles of corporate social responsibility (CSR), leadership, and corporate culture. Specifically, it seeks to describe each of these variables and analyze their partial and simultaneous influence on business sustainability. The research was conducted at PT. Timor Mitra Niaga, located in West Lamboya District, West Sumba Regency, East Nusa Tenggara. A total of 100 respondents were selected from the company's 200 employees using purposive sampling. The data were analyzed using partial regression and multiple regression analyses. Partial regression was employed to measure the individual impact of CSR, leadership, and corporate culture on sustainability, while multiple regression assessed their collective influence. The results indicate that CSR, leadership, and corporate culture significantly and simultaneously affect business sustainability. Furthermore, each of these variables also demonstrated a significant individual influence. These findings suggest that CSR initiatives, leadership style, and a strong corporate culture are critical to ensuring the long-term sustainability of PT.
