Reading can be good for your health. It can reduce stress, anxiety, lower blood pressure, may improve sleep, and help
prevent age-related cognitive decline. Researchers have found a link between reading books and longevity by keeping
your brain active while promoting mental and emotional fitness.
NEW for the community, browse the Retreat Library from home! A link has been added to the community drop down
on the Web Page. The book inventory is updated seasonally. If you view a title and want to check it but can’t find it on
the shelf, it has been borrowed and will be returned soon. Thank you for the idea and thank you to those for making it happen.
