Exminster Lane Celebrates National Night Out
National Night Out is an annual event where law enforcement and first responders reach out to the community to build rapport. Exminster
Lane's 2nd National Night Out celebration at Bill and Mia Winter's house took place on Tuesday, August 6th. Forty-four residents were
treated to three waves of police and fire departments dropping-in to give informative Q&A talks on top-of-mind Roseville questions for a
total of approximately 80 people in the house at one point. Those who came included an RPD captain, sergeant, detectives, DA support, Dis-
patch, Property and volunteers. City Councilman Scott Alvord & wife Karen were there. Roseville Fire drove two engines both modern and
vintage models. The highlight of the evening was a surprise visit by Fire Chief Rick Bartee, the featured speaker at the August 14th Speaker
Series at The Club. Block Captains Mia Winter and Kari Lindner hosted the event.
