In class you will build a small charcuterie board (enough for 1-2 people)
to take home and enjoy. Chef will provide all the supplies.
-Use box or a tray (building your base)
-Picture provided for reference (starter ideas)
-Pre proportioned ingredients (meats, nuts, fruits, cheeses, crackers, nuts,
dips, spreads, olives, etc.)
-Primary ingredients (fancy meats)
-Balance (taste, texture, flavor)
-How to use and plate little bowls (arrangement style)
-Garnish placement (decoration)
