         Police Department, is our keynote
         speaker for this year’s Neighborhood
         Watch Fall Meeting to be held at The Retreat in late October.
         Members of the small Unmanned Aircraft System (UAS) Unit (that he
         oversees) will accompany him displaying the drones used.  The unit was
         established in 2018 under then Captain Troy Bergstrom, Roseville’s
         Chief of Police.
         Residents won’t want to miss this exciting and interesting presentation.
         You will learn how the Roseville Police Department activates the UAS
         under “authorized missions” beyond the normal capabilities of patrol or
         investigations personnel.  The authorized missions, defined by the

         The meeting is open to all residents. Because of space limitations,    and Roseville Police Department’s Nina Phelps, Public Safety Program Coordi-
