GOVERNING DOCS COMMITTEE
The Committee is busy reviewing documents and working on an enhanced search feature. Look for it to be rolled out
soon.
We want to thank Bruce Hodgman for his contributions and hard work as our Secretary and contributor. His
experience with websites and computer software were crucial in developing file and document standards. We will
miss him!
It is our pleasure to welcome new member Mark Present to the Committee. He stepped up to help us move forward with our Governing
Documents project.

There are four nationally designated days in June for us to proudly display the Stars and Stripes! June 6 , 14 , 18 and 19 . Of course, you can
proudly display Old Glory every day as many of our residents do. Like most things in our HOA, we have that covered in our governing
documents!
CC&R’s
4.17 “Flags. No fixed flag poles or towers shall be erected or maintained on any Lot except as permitted by Civil Code Sections 4705 and 4710.
Flag mounts may be attached to the front of the home. Further regulations on flags may be found in the Rules as they may be amended from time
to time.”
PRG’s
2.12 “Flags. The flag of the United States may be displayed according with California Civil Code Section 4705. (July 15, 2021)
2.12.1. Flag Mounts: One (1) flag mount may be attached to the face of the residential structure (not eaves), secured to a wooden stud. Flag mount
staff must be in proportion to the flag size and may not extend beyond 6’ from the front of residence. Flags shall be no larger than 3’x5’.”
