Spring Sidewalk ArtWalk
Wednesday, June 1st
When The Retreat closed due to Covid in March 2020 we provided chalk
and encouraged residents to draw pictures or write encouraging messages
on your driveways and sidewalks around the neighborhood
It was suggested we do this again. Chalk will be available at The Retreat
front desk come by and pick some up and decorate your streets, ANT BEE
driveways etc. Please forward pictures to Shannon to be posted in the Friday, May 20th
Courier. 7:00pm - 9:00pm

Community Wide Garage Sale
Saturday, June 4th from 7:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. Fun good time music
You may sell items from your very own driveway! from Eagles to Buffett
This is the only day/time that garage sales are $12.00 through 5/15
permitted in the community. We will advertise the $14.00 after 5/15
community-wide sale with the Sacramento Bee,
Nextdoor, Craigslist, and Gold Country Media. Feel free to place your
own ads on craigslist and Nextdoor. IMPORTANT: If you create your
own signs to direct shoppers to your home you may not put them in your JAMES HEFNER
neighbor’s yard. They may only be in the common areas or on your SOLO TRIO
vehicle. Please remove all signs by 3pm. Thursday, June 16th

Pancakes, sausage, fruit, orange juice, $17.00 through 6/12
and mimosas will be served.

Lunch Around Town - Restaurant 747 - OFF SITE
Friday, June 10th at 11:45 a.m.
2320 Pleasant Grove Blvd
Lunch Around Town is open for all residents to attend. Lunch Around
Town is an opportunity to enjoy dining at different restaurants with your
neighbors. The restaurants we visit allow us to order off of their regular TBA
lunch menu and graciously provide separate checks to all parties in the Friday, August 28th
group.
