Wow what a year it has been! We were able to increase our percentage
of fully funded reserves while at the same time resurface the Bocce 3240 Kennerleigh Parkway,

and work at the will of the Board of Directors. The Board is responsible for their management. Contact Laura Young, General
Manager first, if you have any questions or concerns you feel need to be addressed.
