Shobha Goud celebrated her 80 birthday this August with a large bash at The Club at WestPark, planned by
her 5 children and their families. The function was well-attended, with guests coming from as nearby as Roseville
to as far away as India to help Shobha in commemorating her special day. The celebration was also attended by
relatives of her late husband, Sadananda. To this day, she remains close with his family.
The evening’s events included a champagne toast, while a gold photo wall framed with balloons provided the per-
fect backdrop for capturing the many happy memories from the party. Following dinner, a series of heartfelt re-
marks from friends and family alike accompanied Shobha’s favorite Kahlua cake. With so much love in the air,
Shobha feels lucky to have shared this special milestone with such special people.
