                                                                                                    TRX uses body weight and gravity as resistance
                                                                                                    to  gain  strength,  flexibility,  balance  and  joint
                                                                                                    stability.  TRX  suspension  straps  make  gravity
                                                                                                    your resistance. Adjusting difficulty is as easy as
                                                                                                    moving  your  feet.  Using  TRX  straps,  as  well
                                                                                                    exercises  off  of  TRX,  including  stability  balls,
                                                                                                    exercise  bands  and  dumbbells,  you  will  get  a
                                                                                                    total  body  workout  in  this  circuit  style  small
                                                                                                    group training. All fitness levels welcome!
