PARKING AND VEHICLES RESTRICTIONS
WITHIN THE DEVELOPMENT
On-street parking is prohibited overnight, except for vehicles parking pursuant to the short-term parking exception.
Vehicles of all Owners, Residents and their guests should be kept in garages or on residential driveways on the Lot.
(CC&Rs 4.15)
A parking pass may be obtained at the Retreat by members in advance to allow guests to park passenger vehicles and
pickup trucks of less than one ton capacity on the street in front of their homes for up to seventy-two (72) hours. A
maximum of three passes may be issued each month, with at least twenty-four (24) hours between each parking pass issued. (CC&Rs 4.15.4)
No motor vehicle exceeding one ton in gross carrying capacity including a recreational vehicle, mobile home, boat, boat trailer, camper may be
parked, maintained or repaired on any Lot or street in the Development so as to be visible from neighboring property. Does not apply to pickups
of one ton or less with camper shells not exceeding seven (7) feet in height from ground level and eighteen (18) feet in length, and mini-motor
homes and/or passenger vans not exceeding eight (8) feet in height and eighteen (18) feet in length that are used on a regular and recurring basis
for basic transportation. (PRGs 6.11.1) and (CC&Rs 4.15.1)
No motor vehicle shall be maintained, constructed or reconstructed or repaired on any Lot or Common Area in the Development and no inoperable
vehicle may be parked on any Lot or street so as to be visible from Neighboring Property. This does not apply to emergency vehicle repairs or
temporary construction of any improvement approved by the Architectural Review Committee. (CC&Rs 4.15.2)
No overnight parking is permitted in The Retreat parking lot unless attending an Association-sanctioned overnight event. (PRGs 6.11.2)
