Jack and Mary Brannan celebrating their 53rd Wedding Anniversary in Rancho Robles “Dinner in the Vines”.
Chuck and Helen Warren flew to Philadelphia and rented a car to drive along the east coast from New Jersey to Savannah, Georgia. We
were so happy to see our two grandkids that live in New Jersey, and my brother, Garret. A fun stop and walk on the Atlantic Beach, Maryland
boardwalk. We saw the sunrise over Virginia Beach (yes, we got up!) A stop at the Wright Brother's Museum to see where the first flight was.
Our next stop was in Myrtle Beach where we were hit with the remnants of hurricane Helene and had tornado warnings all morning long. All
was okay, but the 92% humidity almost did us in! A nice visit to Charleston, South Carolina, and our final stop before flying home was in Sa-
vannah, Georgia. We enjoyed a wonderful horse drawn carriage ride, Chuck enjoyed a 'hungry man' breakfast, and we had beautiful sunset
over the Savannah river.
