was selected as a government servant from the
I Aurangabad Selection Commission. Rama Kherade

from Kaneri (steno, chief officer) helped me a lot during
this process. His English proved too helpful for my
business expansion.
I joined Panchayat Samiti, Shahuwadi as a junior
st
assistant on 28 August 1982. My elder brother Gramsevak
Kashinath was always with me. He was there at the
time of joining and he also gave 35rs for my personal
expenses. My friend Vilas Gaikwad is still in touch even
after the retirement. My working days at Shahuwadi
were quite a relieved days. I was a smoker, drinker and
non-vegetarian. I used to spend a lot on smoking and
drinking. I was not supposed to eat non-veg as I am a
Hindu-Lingayat-Panchal. My religion doesn’t allow
non-veg. I met with two major accidents on 17/3/2017
and 18/2/2018. I got operated for 4 times. It took me
three years to recover from those major accidents. But
thankfully, I was saved.
Those who eat using the lips and having the intestine
length of 9 times more are eligible to eat veg and those
who use tongue while drinking water and having strong
teeth should eat non-veg.
