Give them proper and prompt after sales service too.
Continuous advertising, being in the news fl ash and
participating in the various exhibitions, organizing
get-together for our valued customers is the must. Also
Leadership, Motivation, Communication, Planning,
Budgeting, auditing and accountability is a must in the
business. You need to acquire a skill to handle your staff
and make things done from them. You must think about
the emotions and identity of your staff members.
You constantly need to be on the wheels. There is
no scope for having refreshments in the business. At the
same time you should be a keen observer. You should
be keen about your customer satisfaction, demand and
supply chain, workers, market, administrational work
etc. you should be punctual about your time and should
value your own promises to the customers. Customers
are the god of our business. I am serving to the customers
since 1989. I did not think about my loss. At times I met
them personally. I was particular about advertising my
product to fascinate the customers. I participated in the
various exhibitions at Mumbai, Kolhapur, Goa, Sangli,
