118 MMS Health Recovery Guidebook
If you or a loved one is suffering with an incurable or
life-threatening disease I suggest the following:
Begin with the Starting Procedure. Then go on to the
Mold/Fungus Protocol, first, before continuing on to
Protocol 1000 and following the HRP as needed. Always
observe the Three Golden Rules of MMS, which tell you
when to go to the next step or to the next protocol. Keep
moving forward all the way through Protocol 3000 if
needed.
If you reach Protocol 3000, and are still not completely
well, then start adding on the Supporting Protocols. At this
point, the idea is to try and get MMS into the body in more
and varying ways. Think of it as hitting the disease from
every possible angle. The idea is not to add on every single
Supporting Protocol all in the same day. But try to add on
more and more as you go. If you can’t do some of these
things at first, don’t worry, just keep at it until you are
doing them all. When you start adding on Supporting
Protocols, keep taking MMS1 and MMS2 oral doses and
applying MMS1 and DMSO externally, according to where
you are in your progress with the Key Protocols.
Remember, a very important principle, you add on, but
do not take away what you are already doing. Always
follow the Three Golden Rules of MMS.
Note: For the most part, I suggest you add on Supporting
Protocols in the order listed below. There are some excep-
tions to this rule, depending on your illness, on how you
feel and how your body is responding. Please read Sup-
porting Protocols—When to Add Them (page 71), for more
details on this.
Baths: Do full baths with MMS1. In a few days switch to
MMS2 baths if you can. If you see the need to continue
MMS baths, alternate the baths between MMS1 and
MMS2—see what works best for you. (See pages 142-
