Climate Change

Climate change stretches far and wide,
Making bigger storms and changing the tide.
This will change the world as we know it.
Humankind should not just rest and sit!
       We need to act now.
Our carbon footprint we need to change
Because these heatwaves are quite strange.
Scotland is beautiful with mountains and moors.
We don’t want to replace them with human floors.
       We need to act now.
We have been putting this off far too long.
For a while we’ve known there was something wrong.
       The world is very overpopulated.
       That keeps on getting underrated.
       We need to act now.
We need to stop using fossil fuels, P3 mythical creatures
We need to set up some eco rules.
Put some tax on burning coal,
                                                      The Rabcatcorn
If our climate, we want to control.
We need to act now. The Rabcatcorn is a rare animal that hunts at night. It is a mix of a
rabbit, a cat and a unicorn. Rabcatcorns are easy to identify because
We can make green electricity, they have similar features to a rabbit, cat and a unicorn. They are about
Using wind without toxicity. the size of a unicorn or a horse and covered in usually grey rabbit like
We can do the same with tide, fur. Adult Rabcatcorns get whiskers and a horn. Some adults’ fur stays
And still energy would be supplied. how it is, but most adult fur turns sleek black. The young Rabcatcorns

We should change central heating Rabcatcorns live in the undergrowth in most rainforests. It lives in

We could provide better insulation, because they can’t survive long without water in the heat. They live
Giving warmth across the nation. usually on their own but sometimes with each other. Rabcatcorns are

herbivores. They need lots of water to survive in the heat. Rabcatcorns
We should stop cutting down trees, eat small plants that they look for. They also eat leaves which they dig
So that we can breathe with ease, for. Only a few humans have ever seen a Rabcatcorn because they hunt
And reforestation we should try, at night and are very rare. As they are so rare, scientists are concerned
So we can get a clear night sky. that they might be hunted. Where nests have been discovered, their

Intense farming should be banned, Annabelle Murphy (P3)
As it takes up lots of land.
Locally, people should buy. The Rabdolfly
