Farewell Message from Our Wonderful

Dear Bocairians,

Wherever your travels are taking you this summer, I hope you are having a great time!

As you know, I will be retiring on July 7 and I want to use “my final space” in the Breeze to thank you all for your support over
the 17 years that I have been at Bocaire.

Not many people can say that they have enjoyed coming to work every day from the day they started to the day they retired but, in
my case, it is absolutely true!

So, as I pass the baton to Loraine, I wish her the very best. She is taking over as General Manager of a wonderful Club with great
members and staff and I know she is going to enjoy the experience as much as I have.

Hopefully, I will visit after the renovations are complete to see the new Bocaire!

Dear Members,
I am thrilled to be joining the wonderful Management Team at Bocaire Country Club. I would like to thank Maggie Green for her
years of dedication to Bocaire and the wonderful club she is passing on to me. I thought I would share a little bit about my
professional and personal background with you in this update as we thank Maggie for her service..

After pursuing a career in advertising and television, I returned to the hospitality industry, as the owner of a special event and
catering company. In 1999, my husband moved us to the Carolina’s where he took a new position as a Golf Professional, and I
entered the world of Club Management. I am now a Certified Club Executive and Community Association Manager, with an
appreciation and knowledge of leading country club environments and lifestyle communities. I have worked at several Clubs in the
Carolinas and Florida including a stay at St. Andrews Country Club, here in Boca Raton, Florida.

I am originally from Erie, Pennsylvania where my family owned a small resort on the shores of Lake Erie. We visited my
grandparents in Deerfield Beach, every year and finally moved to Boca Raton when I started high school. I graduated from
St. Andrews High School. My husband is a native Floridian, graduating from Boca Raton High school and in our early years of
marriage, we lived in Florida in the winter and Erie, PA in the summer.

We have a son named Ellis who played college soccer and now works in Orthopedic Medical sales in the Boca Raton, Florida office
for a distributor of Arthrex. My mother Stephanie Ellis also lives with us and will be making the move back to Florida. As a family,
we are boating and sport enthusiasts with a love for golf, tennis, and the outdoors.

I look forward to meeting and connecting with each member here as we set the path forward for the future of Bocaire Country Club
and community.
