Disciplinary Actions for failure to post or player manipulating their Handicap
Index:

• First failure to post or potential manipulation of your score will result
in receiving a letter from the Handicap Sub-Committee

• Second failure will result in handicap adjustment at the discretion of
the Handicap Sub-Committee

• Upon review and recommendation of GREEF (Golf Rules Effective
Enforcement Forum) Committee, third failure will result in suspension
from the next tournament event

• Upon review and recommendation of GREEF Committee, fourth
failure will result in suspension from the major tournaments for
the remainder of the season

A player must earn a Handicap Index. No player has an inherent right to a
Handicap Index without demonstrating ability to the Handicap Sub-Committee.
The Handicap Sub-Committee has the authority and obligation to adjust a
Handicap Index if it feels necessary to do to.
