                  C.   Adverb of frequency with modals (S + modal + always)

                  1.   Put the adverb of frequency after the modal in a statement:
                         You must never do that again.

                  2.   Put the adverb of frequency after not.
                         I cannot always take you to the university in my car.

                  3.   Put the adverb of frequency after the subject in a question. We often use ever in questions.
                         Will you ever learn to write perfect compositions?


                  C1.   Add the adverb of frequency to the sentences.

                    1.   (ever)   Should you copy someone’s paper?

                    2.   (never)   I can thank you enough.
                    3.   (often)   Will you think of me?

                    4.   (always)   She will remember her college friends.

                    5.   (ever)   Will you visit my country?
                    6.   (never)   I will come back to this restaurant.

                  D.   Adverbs of frequency with present perfect (have/has   + always  + past participle)

                  Put the adverb of frequency between have/has and the past participle.

                         She has never been to France.

                  Put the adverb of frequency after the subject in a question. We often use ever in present
                  perfect questions.

                         Have you always lived in a big house?
                         Have you ever been to France?
