Nut



       Nuts are a useful snack that replaces


       harmful foods that can be always


       available due to the ease of


       transportation and easy storage


       conditions. Nuts, while having high

       nutritional value and helping to


       reduce negative cholesterol and


       triglycerides, are energy-generating. If


       nuts are included in the daily diet (as


       much) due to the feeling of satiety

       caused by consuming them, it


       unconsciously causes weight loss.
