However, this is not the first incident that the issue of spying on the Dalai Lama has become national news in India. Chinese embassy had not issued any re- action on this development till the filling of this report.
As the Chinese national ar- rest is in connection to the raids conducted by Income tax au- thorities that comes under the fi- nance ministry, the Minister for finance (MoS) Anurag Thakur when contacted said that things are being dealt by the concerned departments and legal aspect will be considered in future de- velopments.

Former Union minister and Chief Minister, a senior leader of the ruling BJP Shanta Kumar in a written statement to this correspondent said that he had requested the Prime Minister of India and Chief Minister of Hi- machal to order an immediate inquiry in this matter and it rais- es grave concern that from last more than 6 years this person was operating at national capital region.

New Delhi has sounded a kind of alert in exile headquar- ters of Tibetans at Dharamsha- la (Himachal Pradesh). Sang was arrested in connection to the hawala racket of Rs 1,000 crores. Following reports citing involvement of this man in spy- ing over Tibetan spiritual leader Dalai Lama by paying bribes to monks, an alert has been sound- ed here.
The Central Tibetan admin- istration (CTA) is known as the global headquarters of Tibetans living in exile that is situated in the northern part of India about 480 km away from Delhi. It is learnt that crucial closed-door meetings were held address- ing the concern on security of the Nobel peace laureate Dalai Lama, who lives under a tight security at the hamlet famous- ly known as Mcleodganj, also called Little Lhasa, adjacent to Dharamshala.
The Chinese national was nabbed when IT officials were conducting raids on 21 locations at Delhi in connection to the Hawala racket. Now, the en- forcement directorate has also jumped into investigation seek- ing the details of this Chinese national.
Reports say that in 2018 also this Chinese national was arrest- ed in a fake passport case but was released in lack of evidence. He was reportedly married to a Manipuriwoman.Investigations have recovered documents of Lou Sang in the name of Charlie Peng. It includes Adhaar Card and PAN Cards, but officials suspect that the real identity of this person is Lou Sang.

at last some time. The affairs of the Dalai Lama office always re- main secret. But a report states that out of total 195 countries in the world, in 2018 about 4000 people from 75 countries have met him at his exile residence. This number included 250 Chi- nese nationals.
Deputy Speaker of Tibetan parliament, Yeshi Phunstok said that he was saddened hearing these reports that Chinese are spying on the Dalai Lama in this way.
“We always say that we don’t believe on Chinese nationals, they come in the name of busi- ness and work for other selfish motives. It is not only Dalai Lama they spy on Tibetans and Indi-
