Minutes of the 100th Annual General Meeting held Virtually on 30
June 2020 at 3.00 pm in the Board Room of the

Ceylon Chamber of Commerce.

Mr. Sheran Fernando, Chairman of the Ceylon Motor Traders’ Association welcomed the
members.

He stated that due to the prevailing Covid-19 pandemic and without any alternative, the
meeting has to conducted as an hybrid meeting.
