AGREED herein this Independent Contractor Agreement (this "Agreement") is made effective as of the date
signed below (“Effective Date”), by and between RNR Reliable Renovation Services, LLC
Re Services, ( individual the "Company"), of 9402 Highway 6, Suite 700, Texas
77459, and the above named individual (the "Contractor"), of the Contractor Address specified above. In this
Agreement, the party who is contracting to receive the services shall be referred to as "Company", and the party
who will be providing the services shall be referred to as "Contractor."
1. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES. Beginning on the Effective Date of this Contract, the Contractor will provide a
variety of construction and installation services that the Company from time to time deems necessary for its
renovation and remodeling projects or jobs in the commercial and residential construction business
(collectively, the "Services"). This may include but not be limited to tile, stone and flooring installation, painting,
kitchen, bathroom restoration and remodeling.
2. PAYMENT FOR SERVICES. The Company will pay compensation to the Contractor for the Services in the
amount agreed upon from time to time between the Contractor and Company. This compensation shall be
payable in the form and in the amount agreeable between the Company and the Contractor as may be
determined from time to time. No other fees and/or expenses will be paid to the Contractor, unless such fees
and/or expenses have been approved in advance by the appropriate executive on behalf of the Company in
writing. The Contractor shall be solely responsible for any and all taxes, Social Security contributions or
payments, disability insurance, unemployment taxes, and other payroll type taxes applicable to such
compensation.
3. TERM/TERMINATION. This Agreement may be terminated by either party upon 30 days' written notice to the
other party. A regular, ongoing relationship of indefinite term is not contemplated. The Company has no right to
assign services to the Contractor unless agreed to by the Contractor. If the parties mutually agree that the
Contractor shall perform other services for the Company, they shall be pursuant to the terms of this Agreement.
