國立臺中教育大學教授退休，曾任國立臺中教
育大學美勞學系主任、臺中市公共藝術評議委
員、中部美術協會理事長；全省美展顧問、評
議及評審委員；國美館諮詢、典藏評審委員；
臺中市大墩美展籌備及評審委員等。榮獲IFA國
際美展金牌、中興文藝獎章、中華民國畫學會
金爵獎、公教美展連續3年第一名等。應邀百
年百畫展、中日友好展、中法聯展等。現任中
部美術協會、五月畫會評議委員。個展24次。
2021年獲國立臺灣美術館出版《家庭美術館－
美術家傳記叢書》。2023年獲邀國立國父紀念
館「中山國家畫廊」個展及教育部頒「美術教育
終身成就」獎座。

Ms. Chang, retired professor and former department chair
at National Taichung University of Education, has held
numerous key roles in Taiwan's art scene, including board
member of the Taichung Public Arts Committee, president of
the Central Taiwan Fine Arts Association, and juror for major
exhibitions such as the Taiwan Provincial Fine Arts Exhibition
and Da Dun Fine Arts Exhibition. Her honors include a
Gold Medal from the International Fine Art Association
Exhibition, the Zhong-Xing Literature and Arts Award, the
National Gold Statue Prize, and three consecutive First
Prizes at the Taiwan Provincial Civil Officers Art Exhibition.
She has exhibited internationally in events such as the
R.O.C. Centenary Exhibition, the China-Japan Friendship Art
Exhibition, and the China-France Joint Exhibition. A current
review committee member of the Central Taiwan Fine Arts
Association and the Fifth Moon Group, she has held 24 solo
exhibitions. In 2021, she was featured in The Home Museum
– Artist Biography Series, published by the National Taiwan
Museum of Fine Arts, and in 2023, she held a solo exhibition
at the Chungshan National Gallery and received the Ministry
of Education's Lifetime Achievement Award in Art Education.
